Metros de Santiago (LNB) landed 25-year old American 193cm guard Kyler Edwards (college: Houston) for new season. Edwards moved there from Long Island Nets (NBA G League) in the U.S. In 53 games he averaged 13.4ppg, 4.6rpg, 3.5apg and 1.1spg last season.
Part of last summer he spent at Raiders in U.S. semi-pro league TBT where in two games he had 10.5ppg, 3.5rpg, 1.0apg and 1.0spg. He also spent pre-season at Surge in Canadian lgary Surge (Canada-CEBL) in Canadian.
Edwards has played also professionally in NBA G League (Motor City Cruise). His team made it to the NBA G League Semifinals in 2024.
He was voted to All-Big 12 Honorable Mention back in 2021.
Edwards graduated from University of Houston in 2022 and it is his second season in pro basketball. He played also for Texas Tech University for 3 years.
